At Carats, we offer GIA certified diamonds in Egypt, ensuring every piece meets global standards of authenticity, clarity, and quality.
The GIA Gemological Certificate (American Gemological Institute) is the reference standard worldwide. Its prestige is based on decades of experience, professional ethics and precision in the evaluation of diamonds.
Since our beginnings, we are committed to offering our customers the certificate that provides the most guarantees. Therefore, all our jewelry with precious stones of 0.30 carats or more are delivered accompanied by a GIA certificate.
We select our gems under very demanding criteria: white colors (from H to D), purities with imperceptible inclusions even with 10 magnification magnifying glass (VS to IF), quality sizes from Very Good to Excellent, and non-existent or very low fluorescence levels (None and Faint). Thus we ensure that each jewel, whether it is a ring, earrings or any exclusive design of our workshop, meets the highest quality standards.

Objective grading using advanced technology
Every piece from Carats is crafted with the knowledge and precision that comes from GIA training. We apply the same rigorous standards used by the world’s leading gemological laboratories.
This certification ensures that when you choose Carats, you’re choosing jewelry backed by internationally recognized expertise and unwavering quality.
Carats is supported by the expertise of Nabil Tawfik, a GIA Graduate Diamonds holder. His training follows internationally recognised diamond grading standards.
“GIA Graduate Diamonds Diploma – Nabil Tawfik.”
Another of the most important characteristics in gems is clarity or purity. All our diamonds from 0.30 cts are delivered with the corresponding gemological certificate issued by the American Gemological Institute. Like color, purity is within the so-called 4cs.
One of the most important aspects in terms of the valuation and beauty of a gem is the color, which should undoubtedly not be taken lightly. It is one of the four most important gemological characteristics.
Without a doubt we are talking about one of the most important and most valuable aspects. In recent decades, this aspect has become increasingly important because the brightness depends on it. A poor carving, although it has other very good characteristics, will not be a good diamond.
